V-Company plans to start delivering Steam handhelds in February

Valve has good news today for those who have already ordered a Steam handheld, unless there are special circumstances Valve has planned to start shipping Steam handhelds to customers in February. V-Company plans to start delivering Steam handhelds in February

Valve provided a few development photos of the Steam handheld running the latest SteamOS production version, which seemed to show some sort of test or diagnostic screen. The company is also apparently busy with its Steam Deck Verified program to ensure that as many games as possible will be available after SteamOS and Steam Deck reach customers.

As a result, Valve has been seeding more developer units to game developers, and the company doesn't seem to be stingy either, as it claims to have sent "hundreds" of products last month and is clearly in the process of approving and shipping more to more developers. See if Steam Deck can win over traditional PC gamers and move to more portable devices.
