The reporter learned that improving the multi-level sustainable people's livelihood security system with full coverage and realizing the "seven haves of people's livelihood" has always been the goal of the Longgang District Civil Affairs Bureau. Through the improvement of the linkage mechanism, the assessment of pre-capacity, the strengthening of psychological intervention, and the improvement of the "four-link" method of the support mechanism, it is the most vivid embodiment to crack the bottleneck of the socialization and placement of adult orphans and open up the "last kilometer" of orphan protection and integration into society.
Longgang District civil affairs, finance, housing construction, public security and other functional departments to improve the linkage mechanism, jointly promote the socialization of adult orphans to settle the household registration, housing security and financial support and other work. On the other hand, the construction of public welfare posts such as kitchen workers and laundry is set up to provide employment opportunities for adult orphans, and at the same time, guide them to participate in urban construction and urban services such as mutual help and mutual assistance for special children, and the raising and education of children in difficulty.
