The project is located in the Chuangye Garden Community of Chuangye Road, Minzhi Street, close to Hongshan Station of Metro Line 4, with a very convenient geographical location. The project is expected to provide 250 units of housing, and 148 sets of talent housing have been allocated for rent. The rental objects are mainly for the construction project engineers in Longhua District and other groups. The project type is mainly a one-bedroom and one-living room (area of 20-30 square meters) single apartment, supplemented by two bedrooms and one living room (area of 40-50 square meters). The project rooms are all small apartments, fine decoration, furniture and appliances are complete, and the living facilities are complete, which can truly realize "bag check-in".
According to the person in charge of Longhua Talent Settlement Company, the completion of the "Anju Builder's Home" is a specific measure for Longhua Talent Settlement Company, Longhua District Housing and Construction Bureau and Vision Weitang Company, working together with the North Station community to innovate the new model of party building and practice the "practical things for the people" of party history study and education; it is also a specific measure to comply with the work deployment of the district party committee and district government, care for the front-line talent housing builders, and promote and support the cause of people's livelihood security in Longhua District.
