Before the event, the staff of the Hai'an Fire Brigade took "everyone talks about safety, everyone will respond to emergencies--- and strive to improve the ability of grassroots disaster prevention and avoidance" as the theme, vividly explained the common causes of fire, and composed of four factors, such as careless fire, electrical fire, illegal operation, and playing with fire, and then explained that the three elements of combustion are composed of combustibles, combustibles, and fire sources, and the firefighters explained to the workers in easy-to-understand language how to carry out prevention, self-rescue, mutual rescue and other skills, and effectively improve the disaster prevention and response ability of the masses.
