Red Net Moment, January 15 (Reporter Yuan Silei) On January 14, the "Folk Yashi Theme Guided Tour" activity jointly organized by Changsha Museum and Red Net was held in the exhibition hall of "Jade Soul - Ancient Chinese Jade Culture Exhibition". From the perspective of Confucian culture and aesthetics, the painter Yu Dang exchanged and shared with more than 20 registered audiences, and everyone traveled through the long history of Chinese jade culture for nearly 9,000 years and felt the joy of exchange of ideas.

The Book of Poetry, the Analects, the Dream of the Red Chamber... At the event site, Yu Dang took the understanding and interpretation of jade by the ancients in ancient poems and famous works as an example to explain the function and social value of jade in various periods in ancient China.

"The Confucian 'Five Constants', benevolence, righteousness, wisdom, and faith, can all be embodied in the material of jade." Yu Dang said that the personification of matter is a particularly interesting phenomenon in Chinese culture, which is especially evident when Chinese interpret the connotation of jade. For example, the interpretation of "benevolence" in Confucian culture can be felt from the warm texture of jade; the "etiquette" that represents rules and order can be felt from the high tenacity and indomitability of jade.

During the more than one-hour guided tour, Yu Dang and the audience launched a dialogue around the exhibition and exhibits, questions were constantly raised, and people continued to get answers, and the on-site ideological collision "sparks splashed".

"This exhibition is wonderful!" Sheng Sheng, a first-year high school student, has loved jade since he was a child, and this exhibition has opened his eyes, he said that in this activity, through communicating with everyone, he has gained a lot, and he feels that his appreciation level of jade has improved a lot.

"This is the third time I have come to see the exhibition, and I often see it as new." Audience member Zhang Zhenyu, a lover of literature and culture, said that he used to like to watch and interpret cultural relics from a political point of view, and the guest of the guided tour event, Yu Dang, interpreted the jade and the history behind it from an aesthetic point of view, with a novel point of view, bringing new thinking to himself.

Ms. Yi, a middle school teacher, participated in the event with curiosity about the exhibition title "Jade Soul", and she said that she realized from Yu Dang's guide that the "jade soul" respected in Chinese culture should originate from the simple and gentle nature of jade, rather than the complicated and flashy form, "The so-called 'jade soul' is actually the soul of our Chinese nation." ”
