He was a fierce general under Wang Jinshan, a tiger with courage, who had infiltrated the Japanese stronghold alone and was a post-official of the state level

Mention the name Wang Jinshan, many people will feel a little strange, but if you mention Li Yunlong in the TV series "Bright Sword", many people will slap the table and use gushing words to express his familiarity and understanding of this screen image. So what is the relationship between Wang Jinshan and Li Yunlong? It turns out that General Wang Jinshan is the prototype of Li Yunlong, and like Li Yunlong in the TV series, he is also a completely "crazy general".

He was a fierce general under Wang Jinshan, a tiger with courage, who had infiltrated the Japanese stronghold alone and was a post-official of the state level

Born in 1915 in Huang'an County, Hubei Province, Wang Jinshan, a founding lieutenant general in China, joined the Workers' and Peasants' Red Army at the age of 15 and was a staunch communist all his life. Because he was born in a poor family, Wang Jinshan did not go to school when he was a child, he helped people herd cattle at the age of eight, and worked as a long-term worker for the landlord's family at the age of thirteen. Of course, such a day was hard, but it was precisely because of this that Wang Jinshan's fighting style was completely different from that of other generals. Because he was too fierce and brave on the battlefield, Wang Jinshan also got a nickname of "Wang Madman". Under his influence, his warriors were also as brave as he was, and one of them, a soldier named Li Desheng, was not afraid of sacrifice or death like Wang Jinshan, and was a "killing god" who no one dared to provoke on the battlefield.

In 1916, Li Desheng was born in Xinxian County, Henan Province. Like Wang Jinshan, Li Desheng was a child of a poor family, he did not read much, but he was straightforward and righteous, began to participate in revolutionary work at the age of 14, and joined the Communist Youth League in 1931. After officially joining the party in 1932, Li Desheng successively served as a squad leader, a platoon leader, and a political instructor, and participated in the struggle against encirclement and suppression. In 1935, Lee Wassei was expelled from the party for raising objections to the decisions of senior generals at a meeting, and Li Desheng, who had always been outspoken, may not have expected that he would encounter such a bump. But after that, he was transferred to the 129th Division of the Eighth Route Army and became a subordinate of Wang Jinshan.

Also a child from a poor family, Wang Jinshan is much more tolerant of Li Desheng, and in this process, Wang Jinshan also discovered Li Desheng's advantage, that is, dare to fight and dare to be bold. During the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, Li Desheng participated in the famous "Ma Fang Offensive Battle," when the number of Japanese troops was large, and if our army wanted to win, it had to use a plan and could not fight hard. If you want to come up with a good plan, you must have a deep understanding of the various defenses of the Japanese army, so Li Desheng transformed into a local aboriginal and entered the Japanese army's stronghold alone as a farmer to observe in detail. This was a very dangerous mission, and it was possible to be discovered by the Japanese army if you were not careful, but Li Desheng not only went, but also successfully completed the task. After figuring out the japanese army's deployment, Li Desheng took advantage of the night to lead eighty-two soldiers to attack the Japanese stronghold, and directly annihilated the enemy after the strong attack. It can be said that Li Desheng made an indelible contribution to the victory of this war.

During the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the War of Liberation, Li Desheng maintained such momentum and made great contributions to the victory of our army. After the founding of New China, Li Desheng led his army to participate in the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea in 1951. As before, Li Desheng continued his consistent fighting style, and performed outstandingly in the Fifth Campaign and the Jincheng Defense Operation. In September 1952, Li Desheng became the frontline commander-in-chief of the Shangganling Campaign, and with his participation, the Shangganling Campaign achieved a success that amazed the world. They not only won the victory, but also beat the US army to the point of urine and conceded defeat one after another.

In 1955, Li Desheng was awarded the rank of major general by the state and officially became the founding major general of our country. In the same year, he was appointed commander of the 12th Army of the People's Liberation Army. In 1968, Li Desheng was promoted to deputy commander of the Nanjing Military Region and concurrently served as the first secretary of the Anhui Provincial Party Committee. After that, Li Desheng successively served as commander of the Beijing Military Region and commander of the Shenyang Military Region. In 1973, Li Desheng was elected vice chairman of our country and a member of the Politburo of the Central Committee, and became a cadre at the level of a state official in China.

In the years that followed, although Li Desheng no longer fought on the battlefield, he still made contributions to the motherland and the people in his own way. In 2011, at the age of 96, Li Desheng died of illness in Beijing, ending his brilliant and ups and downs.

This is Li Desheng, a fierce general full of courage and an excellent proletarian revolutionary. Although he was born into poverty, he did not give up on himself because of this, but created his own brilliant chapter on the road of life. And we will inherit this spirit of General Li Desheng, like these respectable ancestors, to make our own contribution to the country and jointly usher in a better era.
