Since April, real-name authentication is required for riding shared bicycles in Beijing

According to Beijing Daily, the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Market Supervision recently announced the "Technical and Service Specifications for Internet Rental Bicycle Systems", and the new specifications will be implemented from April this year.

The new specification requires that the operation platform of a bicycle-sharing enterprise should have the function of identifying the tenant's registered ID card number and name, verifying whether the tenant's ID card number and name are consistent with the information of the "National Citizenship Information System", and judging whether the lessee meets the conditions for renting a car.

In addition to the tenant client should have the functions of surrounding rental vehicle inquiry, rental, settlement, online payment, etc., it should also clearly stipulate the age of cycling, riding rules, prompt the lessee to abide by traffic rules, etc.; and display the lessee's credit information, including the current credit score, credit classification level, and rules for adding or subtracting.

In fact, as early as 4 years ago, the special meeting of the National Development and Reform Commission on sharing bicycles has emphasized the use of a credit system to manage shared bicycles, and the premise of achieving this is the real-name system.

In addition, the new specification specifically puts forward requirements for the "dispatch" of shared bicycles, strengthens the daily scheduling management of vehicles, and alleviates the phenomenon of vehicle tidality.
