The new specification requires that the operation platform of shared bicycle enterprises should have the function of identifying the registered ID number and name of the lessee, verifying whether the ID card number and name of the lessee are consistent with the information of the "National Citizenship Information System", and judging whether the lessee meets the conditions for renting a car. In addition to the tenant client should have the functions of surrounding rental vehicle inquiry, rental, settlement, online payment, etc., it should also clearly stipulate the age of cycling, riding rules, prompt the lessee to abide by traffic rules, etc.; and display the lessee's credit information, including the current credit score, credit classification level, and rules for adding or subtracting.
