The game has more than doubled the number of players in the community through PlayStation Plus.

Deep Rock Galaxy is a sci-fi multi-first-person shooter that has sold more than 3 million copies on Xbox and PC as of November 2021, with about 1 million players playing the game through the XGP subscription service. Deep Rock Galaxy officially said that the game has been a huge success in 2021, winning multiple awards and reaching new milestones in sales. After the game landed on the PS platform at the beginning of this year, the number of players has more than doubled, and the total number has reached 10 million.

Game publisher Coffee Stain said that the team is currently working to optimize the performance of the game on the PS platform, and will add more language subtitles in succession.
