From ancient times to the present, there have only been 8 people with such eyes in the history of our country. Moreover, these 8 are either sages or emperors, and people with double pupils seem to be the chosen sons of those in film and television dramas.
So, who are these 8 people? The earliest one is Cangjie, as we all know, the ancient legend of Chinese characters was invented by Cangjie, he was also respected by later generations as "character-making sage". He is a typical double pupil, but the history books express it quite cryptically, just saying that he has 4 eyes.
The later one was Yu Shun, that is, "Shun" in the Three Emperors and Five Emperors. The history books record that he was "born with heavy pupils, filial piety and friendship". Li Bai wrote in the poem "Far Away": "Or Yan Yao is a prisoner, Shunye is dead, the nine doubts are similar, and the heavy pupil and lonely grave are what it is." It can be seen that Emperor Shun's double pupils are recognized by the ancients.
The other was the Duke of Jin wen in the Spring and Autumn Period, one of the Five Lords of the Spring and Autumn Period, the twenty-second monarch of the Jin Dynasty, and also a rather remarkable emperor. It is worth mentioning that Xiang Yu, the king of Western Chu, was also double-pupiled, and it is recorded in the "History of Xiang Yu Benji" that "I smelled the Zhou Sheng yue, Shunmu covered the heavy pupils, and smelled Xiang Yu also had heavy pupils", but in the end, it was a pity that he lost to Liu Bang.
The remaining four were Lü Guang, the founding emperor of later Liang during the Jin Dynasty, Gao Yang, the founding emperor of Northern Qi, and Yu Juluo, an eight-foot-tall warrior in the early Sui Dynasty. The last one was Li Yu, the successor of the Southern Tang Dynasty, that is, the "Emperor of Ancient Words" who wrote that "Asking the King can have a few sorrows, just like a river of spring water flowing eastward".

Originally, there were not many people with double pupils, and it was natural to be associated with this aspect when they became famous. Perhaps, there may be many people in history who have double pupils, but only these 8 celebrities are recorded.
