Alexa Grasso (13-3, 4 K, 0 S) is 28 years old and has a height of 165cm and an arm span of 168cm. He started his professional MMA career in 2012 and joined the UFC in 2016 with a (8-0) result, and has achieved a (5-3) result in the UFC so far. After being defeated in the first set by Tatiana Suarez in 2018, she defeated Karolina Kowalkiewicz in June 2019 and Carla Esparza in September. The most recent two-game winning streak, the 2020 points win over Ji Yeon Kim, just after a points win over Maycee Barber last February. Grasso is currently 11th in the UFC official rankings for women's flyweights.

Mateus Niccolao (17-2-1, 4 K, 5 S) is 29 years old and has a height of 168cm and an arm span of 168cm. He began his professional MMA career in 2010 and entered the UFC tournament in 2015 with a (10-1-1) result and three consecutive wins, playing a three-game winning streak, but then lost the first KO by Dustin Ortiz in the fourth game. Leaving the octagon in 2019 to win two straight in other races, he returned to the UFC last year with a (15-2-1) result and recently two straight wins, beating Manel Kape and Tim Elliott in March and October. Niccolao is currently ranked 8th in the UFC official rankings in the order of flies.

David Dvořák (20-3, 8 K, 8 S) is 29 years old and has a height of 165cm with an arm span of 173cm. He started his professional MMA career in 2010 and joined the UFC in 2020 with a (17-3) result and 13 consecutive wins, and has so far won three consecutive games in the UFC, beating Bruno Gustavo Da Silva and Jordan Espinosa in the first leg last May, and just surrendered Juancamilo in the first leg last May Ronderos)。 Dvořák is currently ranked 10th in the official UFC flyweight.
