Russia's unbeaten rising star Askar Askar has finally decided that he will play against New Zealand rising star Kay Cara Frans, which will be held on March 27, Beijing time, in the UFC Fighting Night 206 in Columbus, USA. In addition, there was a new high-profile women's chickweight duel on the same day, with American veteran Sarah McMan against Brazilian rising star Carol Rosa.

Askar Askalo (14-0-1, 4 K, 7 S) is 29 years old and has a height of 168cm with an arm span of 170cm. He began his professional MMA career in 2013 and won the ACB Flyweight Championship in 2016 before defending his title twice in a row. He joined the UFC in 2019 with an (11-0) lead, drawing with Brandon Moreno on his UFC debut, and then winning three consecutive matches against Tim Elliott and Alexandre Pantoja in points, just after winning joseph Benavidez in March this year. Askalof is currently no. 2 in the UFC official rankings in the flyweight.

Kay Carla Frans (23-9, 11 K, 3 S, 1 N) is 28 years old and has a height of 163cm and an arm span of 175cm. He began his professional MMA career in 2010, won the KOZ Flyweight Championship in 2015, and defeated many Chinese celebrities in "Kunlun Decision", "Wulin Cage Match" and "Glory of the Warrior". He joined the UFC in 2018 with a score of (17-7, 1 N) and has achieved (6-2) results at the UFC so far. After being demoted by Brandon Royval in the second set last year, he has won two straight this year, ko Rogerio Bontorin in the first set in March and just in the first TKO in December, Cody Garbrandt. Frans is currently ranked 6th in the UFC official rankings in the fliesweight.

Sarah McMan (12-6, 1 K, 5 S) is 41 years old and has a height of 168cm arm span of 168cm. He started his professional MMA career in 2011 and joined the UFC in 2013 with a score of (6-0) and has achieved (6-6) results in the UFC so far. Ronda Rousey, who challenged former UFC women's welterweight champion in 2014, was sadly defeated by the TKO in the first set. Last year's point-break victory over Lina Lansberg was defeated by Julianna Pena in the third set in January. McMan is currently ranked 9th in the UFC official rankings in the women's welterweight.

Carol Rosa (15-3, 4 K, 2 S) is 26 years old and has a height of 165cm with an arm span of 170cm. He started his professional MMA career in 2012 and joined the UFC in 2019 with a score of (11-3) and two consecutive wins, and has so far won four consecutive victories at the UFC, beating Lara Procopio, Vanessa Melo and Joselyne Edwards, just now beating Bethe Correia in October this year. Rosa is currently ranked 13th in the UFC official rankings for women's chicks.

The headline main event was former UFC light heavyweight champion Jane Brakovic (28-9, 8 K, 9 S) against Australian rising star Alexander Rakić (14-2, 9 K, 1 S). There's also "Karate Spice Girls" Michel Watson (18-9, 3 K, 9 S) against Brazilian rising star Amanda Ribas (11-2, 3 K, 4 S).
