The 27-inch iMac Pro may be available in March using Apple Silicon

It is reported that Apple expects to launch the next generation of 27-inch iMac in March-April this year and name it iMac Pro, which is likely to use M1 Pro or M1 Max chips to highlight the positioning of "Pro" and distinguish it from the existing 24-inch iMac with M1 chips.

The existing 27-inch iMac is the only product left in the Mac product line that uses Intel chips. The purpose of this update is also very clear, if this news is true, then Apple's Mac product line in addition to the Mac Pro, there is no longer a product line equipped with Intel processors.

In terms of screen, the 27-inch iMac Pro will use a mini LED screen, which is expected to introduce a 120Hz ProMotion high-brush screen.

The appearance will follow the existing 24-inch body language design, the color matching is only space gray and silver two options, and the existing 27-inch iMac screen also has a circle of black borders.
