Nur-Sultan, 12 Jan (Xinhua) -- The new government of Kazakhstan was sworn in on 12 January. The new prime minister, Ali Khan Smaylov, said the new government would focus on reviving the economy and improving the quality of life of residents.

According to the Tengger News Network, the first meeting of the New Harbin government was held on the 12th. Smaylov stressed that the main task of the current government is to implement president Tokayev's instructions, improve the quality of life of residents, maintain the momentum of economic growth, fight the new crown epidemic, make up for the losses caused by riots, and get the country out of a large-scale crisis state.
