In October 2018, the Pukou District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Renovation and Expansion Children's Specialist Building Project, built by Pukou State-owned Assets Group, officially started construction, with a total land area of 45 mu, a total construction area of about 38,200 square meters, and 210 new beds. The construction includes a children's center, an infection clinic, a hyperbaric oxygen chamber, an underground garage and civil air defense facilities. After 3 years, at the end of 2021, the project was successfully completed and delivered.
