Chen Yaping's ancestral home is Chiling Village, Chengyang Town, Fu'an City, and later moved into the city, where she studied at Fu'an Yifu Primary School. Loved painting since childhood, she was admitted to the Affiliated Middle School of the Central Academy of Fine Arts with the first place, during which she studied drawing, watercolor, oil painting, Chinese painting and so on. Her interest in design was born in her continuous contact with painting, and she chose the major of fashion design after guaranteeing her excellent results to the Central Academy of Fine Arts, and is currently a third-year graduate student in the School of Design of the Central Academy of Fine Arts.

Ruixue Xiangyun's scheme design is inspired by the two traditional Chinese auspicious symbols of "Ruixue" and "Xiangyun", in terms of style, the collar right of the deep coat since the Han and Tang Dynasties of China, the top and the bottom of the jacket are connected, and the placket is combined with modern clothing, which integrates the thick oriental cultural heritage with the international modern style, which not only reflects the traditional culture but also conforms to the trend of the times.
