Therefore, the frontal battlefield front was constantly moving westward, so much so that Chiang Kai-shek had the idea of moving to Xichang with his companions—after Xichang, it was the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, which showed the terrible situation of the war. The main reason why the Japanese army was slow to really drive chiang kai-shek to the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau was that our party's war of resistance behind enemy lines effectively delayed the pace of Japanese aggression -- a large number of Japanese troops were dragged down by the anti-japanese forces behind enemy lines led by our party, thus reducing the pressure on Chiang Kai-shek.
Therefore, Japan believes that in China, the horrors of Yan'an far exceed those of Chiang Kai-shek's men. So the Japanese army carried out a frenzied strike and sweep against the anti-Japanese forces behind the enemy lines. As early as the early years of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, LuXian in Shanxi Province fell, but with the rise of anti-Japanese armed forces, Luxian produced many anti-Japanese forces. Against the underground armed forces, the Japanese and pseudo-Japanese adopted both soft and hard methods: on the one hand, they used the method of sitting together to intimidate the local people, and on the other hand, they offered heavy rewards to lure traitors to betray the anti-Japanese personnel. In 1943, the anti-Japanese activist Wan Aihua was betrayed by traitors and captured by the Japanese army in Lu County.
Generally speaking, most women who fell into the hands of the Japanese army were turned into comfort women by the Japanese army. However, Wan Ai Hua is different: that is, Wan Ai Hua has the background of anti-Japanese personnel, and is also the president of the Women's Rescue Committee under the leadership of our Party. Therefore, this made Wan Aihua suffer a double torture: on the one hand, the Japanese army tortured Wan Aihua, and at the same time, it also violated Wan Aihua day and night. In the end, under the severe torture of the Japanese army, Wan Aihua fell with an irreversible disability - the lumbar spine was misplaced due to the torture of the Japanese, and her height was even shortened.
But despite the torture of the Japanese army, Wan Aihua still did not betray anyone. In the end, the Japanese saw that Wan Ai Hua was dying, only to say that Wan Ai Hua could not live, so they threw Wan Ai Hua in the ditch. Who expected that Wan Ai would spend a lot of life, and after being rescued by the villagers, he was sent to another place. In December 1992, nearly half a century before the end of the War of Resistance. But the problem of women in the victims of World War II has not been completely resolved at this time. During this period, Tokyo happened to hold a hearing for women from the victims of World War II.
Wan Aihua attended the hearing and pointed to the disabilities left by the torture and accused the Japanese of brutality — the extent of the torture, which even frightened the Japanese delegates present. After the relevant meeting, Wan Aihua participated 7 times, and each time, the Japanese authorities were asked to apologize and compensate themselves and even all the women who were victimized, but each time they were rejected by the Japanese officials. Finally, in 2013, Wan AiHua passed away.
When Wan Aihua died, she still could not wait for the gesture and reply that the Japanese official should make: Wan Ai Hua did not wait for the Japanese official to face wan ai hua herself and even all the victimized women to apologize and compensate accordingly. For this reason, when Wan Aihua died, she failed to close her eyes. The scene of Wang Aihua's death made all the people of the country with conscience cry -- I hope that in the future, the Chinese nation and even all mankind will never suffer the suffering that Wang Aihua has suffered.
