Shandong has a long history, the earliest record appeared more than 7,000 years ago, "Shangshu Yugong" mentioned one of the "ancient Nine Prefectures" of Qingzhou, refers to the Bohai Sea, Taishan, involving Hebei, Shandong Peninsula a region. The ancient capital of such a brilliant spirit is surprising that in the history of the feudal dynasty in 2133, there was not an emperor, which is actually not completely accurate, strictly speaking, there was still an emperor. The leader of the peasant revolt at the end of the Tang Dynasty, Huang Chao, was a native of Heze, Shandong, who reigned for only 3 years, 5 months and 1 day, but was not recognized by history and was always ignored.

According to statistics, Shandong has produced countless high-ranking officials and ministers, and twenty-five empresses are recorded in historical records, but there is no emperor recognized by zhengshi. Why? We can talk about it from three aspects.
The first point is the most empty, but the legend of Jiang Ziya's dragon vein that is talked about. After the four sides were pacified, King Wu of Zhou divided the four sides and gave Linzi in Shandong to Jiang Ziya as a fief, and the official Bai Qihou. Jiang Ziya is a capable person, but also a smart person, Mingzhe to protect himself, and cut off the dragon vein of Shandong without stopping to show loyalty. From the perspective of geographical situation, the three major dragon veins in China are: North Dragon, Middle Dragon and South Dragon. The mountains of Shandong belong to the branch of the "Middle Dragon", and the entry of the vein in feng shui should be wonderful, and the entry of the dragon into the head is not good, everything is in vain. In this way, the first position of the Shandong Dragon Vein is the head of the hidden dragon, and the head is long and long, gradually diving into the flat land, which has a modern taste of "low-key luxury with connotation". Unfortunately, such feng shui is positioned as an ecological livable and merchant gathering place. Although it is not the domineering "Emperor Dragon Vein", it also belongs to the superior Auspicious Dragon Vein "Shun Long", and feng shui scholars believe that such a dragon vein can be rich and prosperous, and the generations of Kangning.
Some people say that it is because Shandong produced a Kong sage, the Kong family has lasted for thousands of years, although not an emperor, but has been respected and enshrined by successive monarchs, which is far more beautiful than the emperor of any dynasty. The Kong family enjoyed the aura of the Shandong Mountains, and the natural land of Shandong could not nourish the dragon vein, and could only produce high-ranking officials, but could not produce emperors.
I don't agree with this statement. There is a definite number for every drink and a peck. But to say that Shandong can't produce an emperor, we still have to mention this Kong sage. He practiced it all his life, and in the last years of the various dynasties that were indoctrinated and destroyed, the people of Shandong were more likely to be bound by the Confucian concept of "kings and subjects, fathers and sons", and did not easily rebel and start an army. This is for example, Song Jiang, who was forced to go to Liangshan, but the loyalty in his bones reminded himself not to be an "anti-thief" easily, and the Song Dynasty was slightly relieved, gave a little benefit, and was willing to take his brothers under his hands to recruit security and submit to the imperial court. Shandong boys are bloody, but they are more willing to abide by "loyalty to the country, filial piety as the beam of the family." "The two are not contradictory, it is just that it is not the right time."
Leaving aside the metaphysics of feng shui, Shandong's terrain is like a horse and a flat river, the land is fertile, the products are abundant, it has been a major grain province since ancient times, there is rarely famine, the people live and work in peace and contentment, believe in the fate of heaven, and it is difficult to be instigated to rebel and revolt. Such a terrain, there is a military disadvantage that is easy to attack and difficult to defend, there is no natural steep mountain as a barrier, and when any changes occur, it is easy to be extinguished at the first time. It is difficult to set off a huge wave of subversion of the dynasty.
Although Shandong has never produced a self-made emperor, it does not prevent it from being called the emperor's mother's family and cradle. The first empress in history, Lü Yan, was a native of Heze, Shandong. Some people joke that the entire history of the Three Kingdoms is a group of sons-in-law in Shandong fighting in groups. Why? It's actually quite interesting. Empress Bian of Cao Cao of the State of Wei, Lady Mi of Liu Bei of the State of Shu, and Lady Wang of Sun Quan of the State of Wu were all from Linshu, Shandong, and even Lady Wang of Sima Zhao, who came later, was a native of Tancheng, Shandong. Perhaps the three ladies from Linshu also chanted poems together when they were young in the boudoir, and the pairs were paired.
As for the cradle, it is not a period of fiction. The ninth emperor of the Western Han Dynasty, Liu He the Prince of Changyi, was born in Juye County, Heze, Shandong, and Liu Xin, the Emperor of han who reigned for only seven years, was born in Dingtao, Shandong. The famous Qin Shi Huang, whose ancestral home is also Shandong, has settled in modern times, only In Linyi, Shandong, there are thousands of people with the surname of Ying.
