Wang Jingwei experienced two assassinations, the second of which caused him to lose his family wealth; the first time caused his death in a foreign land

At the beginning of the 20th century, Wang Jingwei studied in Japan, joined the League, became a radical young man who followed Sun Yat-sen and engaged in the anti-Qing revolution, and later became famous in the world for plotting to assassinate the Qing regent Zaifeng, and his reputation and status in the revolutionary party increased day by day. After Sun Yat-sen's death in 1925, Wang Jingwei served as chairman of the National Government in Guangzhou, chairman of the Military Commission, chairman of the Political Committee of the Kuomintang Central Committee, and other important positions, becoming the leader of the party, government, and army of the Guangdong Nationalist Government.

However, Wang Jingwei, who was able to make a steady progress because of the assassination of others, did not escape the fate of being assassinated, the most famous of which was two times:

Chiang Kai-shek was shot twice

On November 1, 1935, at the opening of the Sixth Plenary Session of the Fourth Central Committee of the Kuomintang, the Central Committee took a group photo, and Chiang Kai-shek, as the protagonist, did not know what inspiration he had, and did not participate in the group photo. As a result, Sun Fengming, the killer who assassinated Wang Yaqiaolai, disguised himself as a reporter, turned his gun on Wang Jingwei, the "alternative target". After several gunshots, although Jiang Jingwei was not dead, he was shot in the back and remained in his body forever.

Although this assassination had nothing to do with Chiang Kai-shek, because Chiang Kai-shek miraculously evaded assassination, Wang's wife Chen Bijun insisted in front of everyone that chiang kai-shek was the mastermind, which made Chiang Kai-shek embarrassed for a while. Fortunately, Dai Kasa's agent and Gu Zhenggang's gendarmes handled the case effectively and quickly found out the truth of the case. However, one of the bullets could not be removed because it was close to the spinal cord, which tormented him for a long time, eventually causing him to be infected with lead poison, and he died of illness while treating him in a Japanese hospital on the eve of the victory of the Anti-Japanese War.

The secretary shot him on his behalf

After the outbreak of the All-out War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression in 1937, Wang Jingwei, who had always flattered Japan and sought glory, could no longer resist the impulse to become a leader and tried to rely on the Japanese master to start another stove. On December 29, 1938, Wang Jingwei, who had fled from Chongqing to Hanoi, Vietnam, issued a "Yan Telegram" to surrender to Japan and rebel, and the whole country was enraged. After Jiang sent many people to persuade him to no avail, he ordered Dai Kasa to send people to Hanoi to organize assassinations.

On the night of March 21, 1939, the assassination team took advantage of the night to turn into the bedroom of Wang Jingwei and his wife, and shot indiscriminately. Unfortunately, the person who was killed in the end was not Wang Jingwei, but Wang Zhongming, who was Wang's closest confidant, Zeng Zhongming, who was the alternate executive committee member of the Kuomintang Central Committee and deputy secretary general of the Central Political Committee, and this person was also the property manager of the Wang family, and with his death, all of Wang Jingwei's property was cheaper than foreign banks.
