CPPCC member Deng Wanmilling brought the "Suggestions on Accelerating the Planning and Construction of Electric Vehicle Charging Facilities".

He suggested that the city should build electric vehicle charging infrastructure in accordance with national unified standards, standardize the construction and operation of charging infrastructure, strengthen safety supervision and management, improve the management and maintenance mechanism, and use "smart energy +" to achieve interconnection between charging service platforms. In the future, according to the development needs of electric vehicles in various counties (cities) and districts, we should make overall planning and scientific layout of charging infrastructure, and accelerate the formation of highways and urban and rural public charging networks that are moderately advanced, mainly fast charging, and supplemented by slow charging. At the same time, combined with the transformation of old residential areas, guide multiple parties to jointly carry out the construction and operation of charging facilities, and support residential areas to adopt models such as "multiple vehicles and one pile" and shared charging facilities near parking spaces. It is necessary to encourage the combination of charging stations and commercial real estate, build integrated service facilities for parking and charging, improve the charging service capabilities of public places, and expand value-added services.
