Talking about why the company can continue to grow, Huang Zhiwei said that in the final analysis, it is to return profits to employees, which is created by employees. After the company earns in addition to the cost, only 10%-20% is retained, and the rest are all given to employees according to performance, and the company's employees basically achieve the goal of "buying a car in three years and buying a house in five years".

At present, the company has 30 employees, including 4 university graduates. In 2019, the company's employees bought 10 new cars, all of whom have been employees for more than 3 years, and some employees have also bought houses and settled in the county.

In 2020, due to the impact of the epidemic, many physical stores have been hit hard, but Huang Zhiwei has seen business opportunities, and his team has actively developed township and rural business in the same period, expanding development space from townships and rural areas. At present, Huang Zhiwei's company has more than 300 branches in western Guangdong, Guidong and southern Guizhou, of which there are 12 branches (11 in townships) with an office area of 200 square meters in Fengkai, most of which are husband and wife stores.
