raw material:
6 hard-boiled eggs peeled and cut in half
6 thinly 片️ sliced cheese
3 tablets of bacon
2 tomatoes cut into thin slices
3 slices of fresh lettuce or cucumber
1 kind of sauce you like (I use guacamole)
Stir the avocados into a puree or choose your favorite sauce
Place the avocado in a food blender
Add 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice
Cheese is essential to cover the surface of the egg
Place thinly sliced cheese in the lower part of the egg. Top with 1/2 slice of cooked bacon or ham.
Another tip is to use pre-cooked or fried bacon – I've found it to stay crispy longer.
Bacon sauce a variety of small ingredients
Place a clump of avocado mixture on bacon.
Season with salt and pepper toothpicks
Place the other half of the egg face down on top to make a small sandwich.
Or pair it with lettuce tomatoes and sprinkle the other half of the egg with sesame skewers and toothpicks
Fix the eggs with a toothpick inserted into the center and season each egg with salt and pepper or sesame seeds on top of each bite and serve.
These small "egg sandwiches" are perfect for parties as you can bundle a bunch in advance and put them on a large plate for guests to use.
