Dongpo Chibi is located in the northwest of Huangzhou City, was founded in the early years of the Western Jin Dynasty, after many reconstructions, the Northern Song Dynasty, the great writer Su Dongpo belittled Huangzhou because of the "Wutai Poetry Case", wrote down the famous works that have been passed down through the ages such as Chibi Fu before and after, and the Chibi of Huangzhou has become a famous cultural attraction at home and abroad, and is associated with the name of Su Dongpo, and was renamed "Dongpo Chibi" in the last year of the Qing Kangxi Dynasty.

Not long ago, I came to Huangzhou with my friends to visit The Eastern Slope of Chibi. After arriving in Huangzhou City, we traveled west from the ancient HanChuan Gate and saw the complex of green trees and red walls and heavy buildings not far away, distributed on the red nose mountain, which is the east slope of Chibi.

The east slope of Chibi is called Chibi because of the rock protruding like a city wall, and the color is ochre red. Chibi is known for its picturesque scenery. Its ancient buildings are located on the mountain, simple and elegant with a strong national style. Today, the eastern slope of Chibi has become a park. In the square of Chibi Park, there is a statue of Dongpo, with beautiful crowns and beautiful hair, and flowing clothes. Su Shi in front of the reporter's eyes held the scroll in his hand, looking up at the distance, as if he was conceiving a new poem.

According to historical records, when he first arrived in Huangzhou, Su Dongpo still had a lingering feeling about the political persecution he had just encountered, and once he settled down and integrated into the landscape of Huangzhou and the lives of the people, the poet with a relaxed nature soon became at ease with the encounter and began to use his eyes that were good at capturing beauty and fun to discover and enjoy the pure beauty of huangzhou's landscape. When Su Dongpo degraded Huangzhou, the ancient city of Huangzhou, where Huangzhou was located, was still some distance away from Chibi by the river. Su Dongpo often went out of the city to play in Chibi. At that time, Chibi was called Chibiji, a lonely mountain towering by the river. Here, Su Dongpo wrote the "word erfu" and many excellent poems for thousands of years, and the fame of the article was so great that posterity actually connected the author's name with Chibi, and the real place where the famous battle in history took place gradually faded out of the memory of posterity. When Chibi was rebuilt in the last years of the Qing Kangxi Dynasty, Guo Chaozuo, who was then the prefect of Huangzhou, inscribed the title "Dongpo Chibi".

The eastern slope of Chibi has been destroyed by fire several times, and most of the existing buildings were built during the Qing Dynasty. Enter the park gate, but see the red rock towering, bamboo trees, climbing up the stairs, and then passing an ancient gate, is the world-famous east slope Chibi. It is backed by a vein of mountains, facing the mighty Yangtze River; the pavilion on the top of the rock head, the winding path is quiet, and the scenery is changed step by step, which is a typical Jiangnan garden landscape. Climb the tower and look out over the picturesque scenery.

Most of the monuments here are related to Su Shi, such as Erfu Hall, Po Xian Pavilion, Liu Xian Pavilion, Monument Pavilion and so on. The carved eaves gallery and the exquisite and beautiful Erfu Hall were built in the early Qing Dynasty and rebuilt in the seventh year of Tongzhi, so named in honor of Su Shi's Chibi Erfu. Erfu Hall is an antique wooden building, facing the river, green brick paving, open and transparent. The wooden wall in the middle of the hall is about two inches high, wide and aligned with the hall, and the front is engraved with "Former Chibi Fu" and the back is engraved with "Hou Chibi Fu". The former Chibi endowment is written by the Qing Dynasty Cheng Zhizhen, the whole text is in italics, the pen is thorough, and the words are seen in the spirit. The "Hou Chibi Fu" on the back is a combination of Han Li and Wei Bei, heroic and handsome, vigorous and powerful. The plaque of the Erfu Hall is inscribed by Li Hongzhang, and the couplet in front of the hall is written by Huang Xing, the leader of the Xinhai Revolution.

The east of Erfu Hall is Liuxian Pavilion, which contains the stone carvings of "Dongpo Kasa Foot map" and the tombstone written by Su Shi for his nursing mother Ren Cailian, as well as the modern celebrity painting "Chibi Pan boat map" and the late Qing Dynasty Yang Shoujing's "Liuxian Pavilion Record" stone carving. Liuxian Pavilion East Ten Steps is a stele pavilion, embedded in the Dongpo handwritten 108 stone carvings, Yang Shoujing integrated the "Jingsu Garden Sticker", known as a rare treasure. More than ten steps south of The Erfu Hall has the Sujiang Pavilion, which takes the meaning of Suzi "one bottle and returns the River Moon", and the pavilion is embedded with the stone carvings of the Qing Kangxi Emperor's copy of the Yuan Dynasty's great calligrapher Zhao Mengfu's handwriting "Former Chibi Fu" and the stone carvings of celebrities in previous dynasties.

On the west side of the Pavilion stands the PoXian Pavilion, which contains Su Dongpo's famous cursive handwritten stone carvings of "Nian Nu Jiao Chibi Huaigu". It is said that this cursive calligraphy, written by him after he was drunk, has a strange posture, is beautiful and unrestrained, and is recognized as a treasure in Su Ti. Inside the pavilion, there is also a stone carving of "Moon Plum" painted by Su Shi, on which the crescent moon hangs high, an old plum, and new branches of an ancient tree, revealing a wisp of vitality. More than ten steps west of Poxian Pavilion is the Sleeping Immortal Pavilion, which was originally rebuilt during the Song And Qing Dynasties. Inside the pavilion there are stone bed stone pillows. Legend has it that Su Shi and his friend You Chibi were drunk and once lay down here. The red cliff stone under the pavilion is embedded with the "Chibi" stone stele written by the Qing Dynasty calligrapher Zhong Gu. In ancient times, the river water passed through since then, and there are traces of water erosion and punting points on the cliffs and rocks.

The Qixia Building inscribed by Mao Dun is located at the highest point of Chibiji, with four floors of high eaves and angles, and red jacaranda. Looking at the fence in the distance, but seeing the river and the sky, the distant mountains are several points, and the infinite scenery cannot be seen.
