Qualcomm 'Unified Technology Roadmap'

First of all, in the automotive field, with the Snapdragon Auto digital cockpit platform, Qualcomm has cooperated with more than 25 automakers, and the total value of auto business orders is more than $13 billion. At the conference, based on the digital cockpit platform, Qualcomm also announced cooperation with Honda, Volvo, Alpine, Desay SV and so on.

In addition to the cockpit platform, Qualcomm also played a set of "Snapdragon digital chassis" combination punches. The portfolio includes the Snapdragon Auto Connect platform, the cockpit platform for information and audio solutions, the Snapdragon Ride platform for ADAS and autonomous driving, and the vehicle-to-cloud platform. Enables the car to bring together all systems with digital cloud connectivity, rather than just providing fragmented components for specific parts of the car. On this platform, the cooperation between Qualcomm and Renault Group has further deepened.

On the recently unabated meta-universe topic, Qualcomm CEO Ammon announced that it has cooperated with Microsoft to expand and accelerate the development of AR. Qualcomm's technology is "the key to the metacosm." Ammon previously stressed at the company's investor conference.

In the future, the two sides are carrying out a number of cooperation, including the development of customized AR chips to create a new generation of energy-efficient, lightweight AR glasses, and plans to integrate software such as Microsoft Mesh applications and Snapdragon Spaces XR developer platform. Ammon said: "With the development of the metacosm, the size of the Chinese market and the growth rate of the ecosystem will increase significantly in the next few years. ”

In the PC space, Qualcomm believes that arm-based modern architecture is the future of the PC industry. Qualcomm is pushing the PC ecosystem from the traditional x86 architecture to the Arm architecture.
