The on-site commander immediately formulated rescue measures to rescue the trapped people, and the rescue personnel first used the safety rope to fix the vehicle in distress to prevent the vehicle from slipping, and then carefully rescued the two people in the car one by one from the side of the co-driver, turning the danger into a disaster.
