A few days ago, we learned from relevant channels that the new BMW 7 Series or will launch a version of M750e xDrive. Compared to the standard 745e xDrive model, it will have a more powerful plug-in hybrid system. The system consists of a 3.0-liter in-line six-cylinder twin-turbo engine with an electric motor and a maximum output of 560 hp (412 kW).
It is reported that the model will be upgraded and tuned by BMW's M division, including suspension adjustments, larger brakes and air suspension.
In addition, the BMW i7 is also in development, and its fifth-generation eDrive technology, which shares with the iX and i4, will be launched along with the new 7 Series. The BMW i7 will be equipped with dual motors, a maximum power of about 600 hp (447 kW), and a four-wheel drive system.
