On the morning of January 5, as one of the activities of the exhibition, the Sina Auto 2022 New Energy White Paper Forum was held at the Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center, and the "2022 New Energy White Paper" of Sina Auto was officially released.
As can be seen in the "2022 New Energy White Paper", the new energy sales market will recover significantly in 2021, the model sales level is the best-selling scooter, the pure electric vehicle market is dominated by the range of 100,000-150,000 yuan, the new energy vehicle market is sinking in third- and fourth-tier cities, and charging is still a hot topic.
As of the end of December 2021, more than 55,000 new energy vehicles have been added to Hainan Province, and the proportion of ownership has increased to 7%, nearly 5 percentage points higher than the national level. In the past two years, the proportion of personal consumption has increased significantly, reaching 85% this year, far higher than the national average, and the market driving force has continued to increase.
At the same time, Hainan's new energy vehicle charging infrastructure construction has made greater progress, as of December 15, 2021, the province has added 13,783 new charging piles, 20 new power stations; the province has built a total of 40,415 charging piles. There are 173 townships in the province to build charging piles, with a coverage rate of 86.9%, and the ratio of pure electric vehicles to charging piles is 2.1:1. Wang Wei, the relevant person in charge of the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Hainan Province, said that it is expected that the total output value of the automobile industry in our province will exceed 2 billion yuan last year, and the open policy system such as the technical route of the free trade port to promote the development of the automobile industry, the tariff-free and processing value-added of automotive products is being studied and constructed.
