Among vivo's many executives, some of them are almost invisible and unfamiliar to the outside world, and Zhen Zhiqiang, vice president and chief procurement officer of vivo, is one of them. Operator Finance Network tries to reveal Zhen Zhiqiang's past resume.

Exclusive disclosure of Vivo Vice President Zhen Zhiqiang: After working for so many years, he is by no means only in charge of procurement

In Baidu Encyclopedia, this vice president can be described as quite mysterious, and searched for no specific information about him, but it can be learned that Zhen Zhiqiang is mainly responsible for vivo's supply chain business, and the complete and strong supply chain system and research and development capabilities are one of the core advantages of vivo's development.

However, if you think that Zhen Zhiqiang is only managing the supply chain in vivo, it is a big mistake, which starts from The predecessor of vivo, Backgammon, and the ultimate boss behind the scenes, Duan Yongping.

Duan Yongping is the general manager of Xiaobawang Company, but he is not the boss, and he has made great contributions to the rise of Xiaobawang. When he took over Xiaobawang in 1989, the company was still a small factory with an annual loss of 2 million yuan and a cash on paper of 3,000 yuan, but after 3 years, Xiaobawang learning machine has become a household name and has become a company with an annual revenue of more than 1 billion yuan.

In 1995, Duan Yongping ran away from Xiao Bawang, saying that he would take six people with him. There are three most famous people here, one is Chen Mingyong, one is Jin Zhijiang, and the other is Shen Wei. Among them, Chen Mingyong is the leader of OPPO, and Shen Wei is the boss of vivo.

On September 18, 1995, 34-year-old Duan Yongping founded the backgammon learning machine in Dongguan, and the original subordinates and dealers came to join him.

At the age of 40, Duan Yongping went to the United States to join his wife and officially disappeared. Duan Yongping quietly invested in "Chuang and Excellent Investment", who withdrew from enterprise management, and Duan Yongping gradually split backgammon into three independent companies: Huang Yihe (later taken over by Jin Zhijiang) was responsible for the education business, Shen Wei was responsible for the communication business, and Chen Mingyong was responsible for the audiovisual business; he each accounted for 10% of the shares, and there was later OPPO and VIVO.

So, how does Duan Yongping control backgammon, OPPO, and vivo? Many clues appear:

First of all, Tianyan check shows that many of Vivo's executives have only one position, such as chief technology officer Shi Yujian, chief security officer Ni Xudong, chief operating officer Hu Baishan, chief marketing officer Feng Lei have only one position, and Zhen Zhiqiang works in 14 companies, and these companies are all backgammon systems.

Secondly, Shenzhen BBK Communication Co., Ltd., which was first established by Duan Yongping involved in the mobile phone business, was registered and established in Shenzhen on April 20, 2001. The legal representative turned out to be Zhen Zhiqiang. In 2000, Duan Yongping split the backgammon. Handed it all over to his subordinates, he became a hand-throwing treasurer and ran to the United States to accompany his wife and children full-time. Therefore, it is clear that since then, Zhen Zhiqiang is Duan Yongping's "registered representative", and the legal representative of many enterprises under Duan Yongping's name is Zhen Zhiqiang.
