Asus ROG 2022 releases new products, Mini-LED screen eye-catching

On the 5th, ASUS ROG released all new products in 2022, among which ROG's first two-in-one thin and light book X and ROG Ice Blade 6 attracted attention.

ASUS said that the ROG Phantom X is currently the world's most powerful two-in-one thin and light book, its pre-installed Windows 11 operating system, the highest i9-12900H processor, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti graphics card and LPDDR5 5200MHz memory, in the ultra-thin body to add strong performance. ROG Magic X also has a 1TB PCIe SSD that supports dual display and three-mode technology, a customized vacuum chamber vaporizer, and PD fast charging designs.

The ROG Magic X also brings users two display solutions: a 4K 60Hz display with 116% sRGB color gamut coverage, and a 1200Pp 120Hz display with 100% sRGB coverage. Both are 16:10 golden ratios, protected by Corning Gorilla Glass on the touchscreen, supportive Sync technology, and have a brightness of 500 nits.

The ROG Ice Blade 6 dual screen is upgraded to 16 inches for the main screen, with a ratio of 16:10, providing two panel options, the first is the ROG Nebula original picture screen, using a Mini-LED backlit panel, with 512 zone dimming, can reach 1100 nits peak brightness. With 5400Hz high-frequency PWM dimming, while the built-in exclusive Nebula original picture screen dedicated chip, through a large number of video and image training through AI algorithms, can reduce the halo effect by 25%. At the same time, it supports Adaptive Sync to eliminate screen tearing. This 2.5K, 2560x1600 resolution panel has a 165Hz refresh rate and is VESA DisplayHDR 1000 certified with a 100,000:1 contrast ratio and supports Dolby Vision HDR.

The second screen is a ROG exclusive display jointly developed by ROG and BOE, called the Dual Spec panel, which can switch freely between 4K 120Hz and 1080p 240Hz, and the exclusive pixel acceleration technology can quickly enlarge the picture in FHD mode, while maintaining a high refresh rate display while still maintaining the delicate and clear picture.
