According to the "Ten Guidelines for the Professional Conduct of Primary and Secondary School Teachers in the New Era" and the "Interim Regulations on the Punishment of Staff of Public Institutions" and other relevant provisions, the party group of the Horqin District Education and Sports Bureau dealt with several teachers seriously on December 15, 2021.

Liu was given the punishment of lowering the post level; transferring away from the original unit; not evaluating the excellent and not promoting within three years; canceling the incentive performance salary in the second half of 2021; revoking the qualification of teachers; refunding all the illegal make-up class fees; and notifying criticism within the teaching and sports system.

Give Sun X an administrative demerit punishment; transfer him from his teaching post; and return the gift money he received.

Two substitute teachers, such as Bao X and Zhang X, were dismissed, and their teacher qualifications were revoked at the same time, and the illegal make-up class fees were fully refunded.

At the same time, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Regulations on Disciplinary Punishment of the Communist Party of China", Guo Mou, secretary of the party branch of the first railway primary school in charge of the construction of shi de shifeng in Horqin District, was given a warning punishment within the party; Bao Mou, principal of the first railway primary school in Horqin District, was given a warning and talk.

Key tasks

In light of the "Ten Guidelines for the Professional Conduct of Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools and Kindergartens in the New Era" and the "Negative List of Violations of Professional Ethics by Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools and Kindergartens", comprehensively sort out and check all kinds of problems existing in teachers' ideological politics and teachers' morality and teaching style, focusing on investigation and handling:

I. In-service teachers organize paid make-up classes or induce students to participate in paid make-up classes organized by off-campus training institutions, parent committees, and other teachers and parents.

2. Teachers demand or accept gifts and gifts from students and parents or participate in banquets, tourism, entertainment and leisure activities paid for by students and parents; sell or induce students to buy books, newspapers, teaching aids, social insurance, etc.; and use parents' resources for private interests.

3. Teachers discriminate against or insult students, strike, retaliate, abuse, or harm students; have improper relations with students, harass, or indecently assault students.
