Recently, a seminar on long-form reportage "Tianxiao-1921" sponsored by the Propaganda Department of the Liaoning Provincial CPC Committee and undertaken by the Liaoning Publishing Group and the Wanjuan Publishing Company was held at the Museum of Modern Chinese Literature in Beijing, and more than 20 experts and scholars attended the meeting.

"Dawn of Heaven - 1921" focuses on the convening of a major party congress and vividly restores the founding process of the Communist Party of China. Experts attending the meeting believed that the author Xu Jian, with his informative pen and deep thoughts, cross-described the unprecedented major event of the founding of the Communist Party of China in an on-the-spot, panoramic, and sub-camera manner, which demonstrated the original intention and mission of the Chinese communists, and is an objective, fair, vivid, beautiful, and passionate work.

The author, Xu Jian, was the director of the Literary and Art Creation Office of the Political Work Department of the Rocket Force, and is currently a member of the National Committee of the China Writers Association and the vice president of the China Reportage Literature Society. Based on authoritative party history materials, he carefully selected historical materials, conducted solid and in-depth on-the-spot interviews, skillfully built up the structure of his works, and wrote a long reportage literary work that narrated the history of the founding of the party in literary form with a literary narrative.
