"Dawn of Heaven – 1921" is a large-scale publishing project supported by the State Publishing Fund and a key project of Liaoning Province to celebrate the centenary of the founding of the Communist Party of China. As a key topic for military literature and art in the whole army, the project lasted three years and was officially published in December 2021, and the author Xu Jian is a member of the National Committee of the China Writers Association and the vice president of the China Reportage Literature Society.
