It is said that this is not the general black bear, they are the Qing Dynasty royal family specially raised in the palace of the town hall beasts, legend has it that before the Qing Dynasty palace once domesticated two black bears, very spiritual, the palace people specially put it in the Great Qing Gate, with the guards have been guarding the gate, once the Emperor Taiji passed through the Great Qing Gate, suddenly encountered an assassin attacking themselves, at the time of a thousand guns, these two bears, struggled to come forward, its assassins directly fell down, but also saved the life of the Emperor Taiji.
In order to thank the two black bears for their life-saving grace, the Emperor Taiji sealed the two bear guards as "Zhen Dian Hou" and raised them forever in the palace, and after the death of the two bears, they were also made into specimens and displayed in the treasure storehouse, making them a royal treasure.
