General Inch Sex Qi was a national hero who sacrificed heroically, born in 1893 in Tengchong County, Yunnan Province. In 1909, at the age of 16, he was admitted to the Yunnan Lecture Hall and was determined to serve the country in the military.
During his studies in Wutang, he achieved excellent results, sought progress in his thinking, and devoted himself to pursuing a just cause. And very charismatic, deeply supported by the students.
