London football: Spurs are considering appealing the decision to lose the European Cup

According to London Football, Spurs are still considering appealing against UEFA's decision to lose 3-0 to Rennes in the UEFA Cup.

Previously, due to the outbreak of the new crown epidemic in Tottenham Hotspur, Tottenham's European Cup match with Rennes did not go smoothly. Rennes had returned to the French capital when Tottenham confirmed the cancellation of the match in an official statement and UEFA confirmed that the match would not continue.

Two days later, UEFA issued a further statement confirming that the two sides could not agree on a new match date, that the match would not continue, and that the final decision on the match was left to UEFA's control, ethics and disciplinary bodies.

Although Tottenham boss Antonio Conte has made it clear that his team wants to play this game and is looking for a new match date. But UEFA came to the conclusion that Spurs were abandoning the game, deciding that Rennes had won the match 3-0. The decision has not been good for both Conte and Tottenham, with the Italian saying at a press conference it was an unbelievable and unfair decision and that the team would have the next move.

London Football said Spurs' next move would be to appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport, but at this stage, the club's lawyers are still considering the matter and no decision has yet been made.
