Last night and this morning, the Europa League and the UEFA Cup each concluded the first leg of the quarter-finals. In the Europa League, Lyon beat Bordeaux 1-0 away, Monaco lost 2-0 away to Braga, and in the European Union, Marseille beat Oscel 2-1 at home, and Rennes lost 0-2 away to Leicester City.

The Europa League quarter-finals | In the opening 2 minutes, the Monaco backfield was cut off and the home team blitzed the goal. In the 30th and 33rd minutes, Martins and Ben Yedder's goals were all offside.

In the 88th minute, Braga's header extended the score and Monaco swallowed the defeat 2-0.

Porto 0-1 Lyon

In the first half of the Europa League quarter-final |, Lyon relied on Dembele to pose a small threat, but failed to rewrite the score. In the 58th minute, Paqueta pushed into the far corner to break the deadlock.

In stoppage time, Porto scored a goal of a tie, but offside was ruled invalid. Lyon beat the Portuguese Premier League team 1-0 away and took the lead!

Marseille 2-1 Basel

The UEFA Cup quarterfinals | In the 18th minute, Guendouzi built a point and Milik was able to do it. In the 67th minute, Longiye's shot was saved and Milik followed up with a shot to complete the double. Scoring for Marseille in five consecutive European games, Milik became the first man since Papan in 1988!

In the 78th minute, the away team successfully pulled back a city against offside. In the end, thanks to Milik's outstanding performance, Marseille beat Basel 2-1 at the Velodrome Stadium.

Leicester City 0-2 Rennes
