Although Shen Drunk is the top killer of the military command, he is completely different from the killer in our impression, but has a lively personality, loves to joke, and is a pistachio even in the war criminal management center, leaving a lot of interesting stories.
Shen drunk Wen Wu Shuangquan, usually like to write a diary, one day, he was writing a diary in the house, Tang Yao came in, looking for him to smoke.
Who is this Tang Yao? He was also a very legendary figure, who was a high-ranking figure in the Green Gang in his early years, and later joined the army and became the deputy commander-in-chief of the army. Of course, Tang Yao had become the deputy commander-in-chief at the end of 1949, and he had not yet sat down to become a prisoner.
Tang Yao, as such a big official, was originally very rich, but when he was captured, in order not to attract attention, he threw away all the money, and as a result, when he arrived at the war criminals management center, he became so destitute that he even had to find someone to borrow a cigarette.
Here I would also like to say two more words: When these Kuomintang officers entered the war criminals management center, as long as they did not embezzle public funds, the money they carried with them could be retained by themselves, and the management office would not confiscate it, such as Shen Drunk, that is, the "rich households" in the management office.
It is precisely for this reason that when Tang Yao did not smoke, he went to find Shen Drunk, who was also very generous and never refused.
On this day, Tang Yao entered Shen Yao's room, saw that Shen Yao was writing a diary, he went over to look at it, and found that a note was added to the diary, which said a couplet, Tang Yao was very curious, he pulled out the note, looked at it, suddenly his face changed greatly, and he said in a loud voice: "I can't do it!" No way! ”
Before Shen Drunken could react, Tang Yao took out a match and burned the note.
So, what is this couplet that will make Tang Yao so scared?
In fact, now it seems that there is nothing, it is written like this -
Shanglian: Wang Yaowu Ma Liwu sighed that heroes are useless
Downlink: Qin Daoshan Su Ben Shan Xi war criminals have a good time
What does that mean? It turned out that those who were in the group with Shen Drunk at the War Criminals Management Center included Wang Yaowu, Ma Liwu, Qin Daoshan, and Su Benshan, all of whom were big figures in the Kuomintang at that time, and Shen Drunk had always loved to joke, so he wrote such a couplet according to the names of the four of them.
In this couplet, the upper link writes Wang Yaowu and Ma Liwu, the two famous generals of that year, with "wu" in their names, but now they are useless; the lower couplet writes Qin Daoshan and Su Benshan, and there is a "good" word in the name, and now they all abandon evil and follow the good and become people again.
It should be said that this couplet is still well written, but the mistake is the wrong environment at that time.
If you think about it, what is the War Criminals Management Center? Where these people are reforming their thinking, everyone must change the reactionary thinking of the past and study the advanced ideas of socialism; if someone is still indulging in the past, he will be reported by others, saying that you are not active in reforming.
So, looking at this couplet from this perspective, you lament that Wang Yaowu and Ma Liwu are "heroes are useless", is this not "making a mistake"?
In the end, Tang Yao was still heavy and experienced, and as soon as he found this couplet, he quickly burned it.
Tang Yao also gave an example, Huang Wei everyone knows, right? A student of the first phase of Whampoa, Chiang Kai-shek's beloved general, was serving as the commander of the Twelfth Corps when he was captured.
Huang Wei is a very stubborn person, a well-known diehard in the management office, and once when he was studying in a group, he also wrote a sentence: "The dragon swims in shallow water and is played by shrimp, and the tiger falls in Pingyang and is bullied by dogs." As you can imagine, it was very inappropriate to write such a thing, so he was slapped by the leader of the group.
Of course, beatings were forbidden in the management office, and the group leader was later punished. However, Huang Wei's writing of that sentence was certainly inappropriate, and he was later criticized.
After Tang Yao's dialing, Shen Drunk also knew that he was wrong, and he never dared to joke casually anymore.
