However, it was such an excellent revolutionary general who accepted a series of actions of the Kuomintang during the war, and Zhou Pan caused heavy damage to the Chinese people. In the later Liberation War, with the defeat of the Kuomintang, Zhou Pan was eventually captured by the People's Liberation Army and became a military felon.
Even soldiers who have experienced the fireworks of war, after being arrested and imprisoned, Zhou Pan is very worried about his future and fate. After all, according to the sentencing regulations at that time, Zhou Pan would be sentenced to death. In order to escape punishment, Zhou Pan made a decision.
Before Zhou Pan went to prison, after Zhou Pan mistakenly got this object, the exquisite pattern on it made Zhou Pan, who could see the god, have a bold idea in his heart and decided to take these things as his own. He used his own strength to secretly "protect" the object.
Alarmed the local government
In 1952, he told the organization that he had a state object in his home. At the same time, he expressed the hope that after handing over this object, the punishment for him could be mitigated or leniently treated. After the news broke, the prison director also reported the matter to the provincial government.
It turned out that this object was the lid of the Shang Dynasty's Shang dish Fang Wei, because it was worth a lot when it was purchased, and it has been carefully preserved by prisoners. At that time it was excavated in Taoyuan County, Hunan Province. The U is composed of tattoos and stem lids, which can be said to be representative of bronzes in the late Shang Dynasty, but the whereabouts of the body are unknown, and the original cover is on the hands of prisoners. Through Zhou Pan's initiative, this national treasure was successfully returned to the hands of China's property department.
Although Zhou Pan finally took the initiative to hand over the object, it was shameful to possess it privately. After all, the object belongs to China's wealth, and before that, he also obtained the object in an improper way. After Zhou Pan handed over his belongings, he still could not escape the end of being executed.
