It's not just Eldon's Ring of Law, graphics aren't a top priority for all the games we make. Our requirements in terms of graphics depend on the requirements of the system and the game itself. It is less important than other development elements.

So for that, I'm a little sorry for my graphics production team because I know they're all working really hard. Our graphics team and programmers have worked Eldon's Ring of Law, and they've been working on many new features to create the best graphics game we've ever seen.

As for why he didn't play Demon's Soul Remake, Hidetaka Miyazaki said he didn't like to replay his past work:

It makes a lot of past emotions and memories come to mind, which makes me a little unbearable. It didn't feel like I was playing a game, so I didn't play Demon's Souls Remake.

But Hidetaka Miyazaki said he's still happy to see Demon Souls re-appear in next-generation graphics and be accepted and even loved by new players. He also praised Bluepoint Games for coming up with some elements that they didn't take into account when they made the original, such as visual effects and game mechanics.
