Who is Huang Shilong?
Huang Shilong (?) ~1688) Zi Fei Qian, a native of Qishan Village, kangxi eleventh year (1672) nonzi keju people.
In October of the twenty-first year of the Kangxi Dynasty (1682), Shi Long and his student Lu Qiyin wrote to the Guangdong Fuyuan and suggested that Yikai County in the Huashan area should be established to facilitate indoctrination and tujiu'an. The "Regulations on the Establishment of Counties" drafted by his hand said that there are ten benefits to the establishment of counties, and stated one by one the financing methods such as the scale of county construction and the financial and monetary resources of relevant people, which were adopted by the Nursing Yuan. In the winter of that year, after the officials and troops entered the Huashan area to suppress the "Huashan Village", Li Shizhen, the governor of Guangdong, and Wu Xingzuo, the governor of Liangguang, jointly signed the imperial court and demanded the establishment of a county in the Huashan area, and after several twists and turns, it was approved by the Kangxi Dynasty in the 24th year. On December 18 of the same year (January 12, 1686), the new county was named "Hua County". The first Zhixian Wang Yongming, with shilong's high prestige among the county people, asked him to help establish the county, with remarkable results. In the 25th year of the Kangxi Dynasty, Shi Long was elected as the Ling of Cangxi County, Sichuan Province, and made good relations with Wang Min of Xinfeng County, Jiangxi Province, in the official residence of Jing. Wang Min deeply regretted that shilong's talent had only been awarded the name of a person. In the twenty-seventh year of the Kangxi Dynasty, Shi Long died suddenly in his office, the cause of death is unknown. It is said that Shiryu's personality is a fox, because he is overwhelmed by the pressure of the food shortage and commits suicide to seek liberation, the truth is ultimately untestable. More than twenty years after Shi Long's death, Wang Min was transferred to Huaxian County, read the "Regulations on the Establishment of Counties", and felt that he was "refined when the Zhou Solstice, for zili to build thousands of ancient words, to create a thousand ancient things", the merit is indispensable, hand-written "Huang Gong Jianyi Article Discussion Praise", which is contained in the old HuaXian Chronicle.
Shi Long's poems before his death were included in the Kangxi Twenty-sixth Year (1687) edition of the "Huaxian Zhi Yiwen Zhi", including "Fujun Li Zhongcheng Pingding Huashan Stele", "Fujun Li Dazhong Cheng Jing Kou An Min Monument", "Fuhu Stone Song" and eight poems of the Eight Views and Seven Laws of Yonghua County.
In the forty years of the Kangxi Dynasty (1701), Huang Shilong was enshrined in the Xiangxian Ancestral Hall.

Before getting into the car, the eighteen-year-old bride reluctantly held her little brother Huang Shilong in her arms: "Shi Long, the eldest sister will not be able to accompany you every day in the future..." Shi Long hugged the bride tightly, crying and shouting: "Big sister, I want to be with you every day!" You marry, I marry, I marry with you..." Shi Long's parents couldn't help but laugh, and the brother-in-law who came to pick up the bride also laughed, and then the whole house burst into laughter.
The happier the relatives laughed, the more sad the eldest sister cried, and she stroked Shi Long's hair with deep affection: "Shi Long, you are thin and weak, when will you grow as tall as the big sister?" Throughout his childhood, in the eyes of Shi Long, the eldest sister even loved him more than her parents, from the shi long memory, the eldest sister fed shi long every day to eat, helped him bathe, played with him, taught him to memorize Tang poems, and before going to bed, he also instructed: "Shi Long, everything is of the next grade, only reading high, you have to read well, when you grow up, you can wear shoes and socks without ploughing the field..."
Shi Long likes the eldest sister. The eldest sister is sympathetic, she has a good temper and sharp hands and feet. Parents get up early in the dark to work in the fields, the eldest sister alone takes care of all the household chores such as washing and cooking, raising pigs and chickens, sewing and repairing, etc., but also to take care of the young brothers and sisters, no matter how busy and tired, how naughty the younger brothers and sisters are, she only has to induce, take good care of, never loudly reprimand the younger siblings, and has always loved her younger brother Shilong as a treasure in the palm of her hand.
When he saw the eldest sister get on the palanquin and was carried away, Shi Long ran after the palanquin while crying: "Elder sister, you wait for me, wait for me..." The eldest sister leaned out of the palanquin and choked and said, "Shi Long, go home quickly." You are still young, your legs and feet are short, the road is very far, you can't walk, you will be very tired, wait for your feet to grow and then go to the big sister's house..." The mother went forward to take the crying Shi long home and comforted: "Shi Long Mo crying, after the mother will take you to see the big sister ..."
In that year, the eldest sister gave birth to a son. After the eldest sister gave birth to a son, she asked Shi Long to come to her house to help with the child. At that time, the Qishan village in the north of Guangzhou was far away from the emperor, bandits were rampant, often robbed by mountain thieves, and the people were terrified day and night, and they could not escape the disaster of being burned and looted. Everyone was short of food and clothing, their families were displaced, their houses were destroyed and their fields were deserted, and in order to survive, Shi Long's parents had to drag their children and daughters to their relatives in Nanxiong Prefecture. Shi Long's eldest brother-in-law was trading in the provincial city of Guangzhou, often carrying back money and grain, nominally Shi Long was helping to take the child at the eldest sister's house, but Shi Long was still a child, but the eldest sister found a reason to let Shi Long live in her house and have food. Shi Long's stomach was no longer hungry, his sallow face was getting rosier day by day, and his short and thin body grew taller and stronger day by day.
When the eldest sister's son reached school age, the eldest sister sent her son and her younger brother Shilong to the academy to study together, and the eldest sister still told Shilong every day as before: "Shilong, everything is of the next grade, you have to study well!" However, the good times did not last long, and in 1648, Li Chengdong rebelled, the situation in Lingnan was unstable, and there was chaos everywhere, and Shi Long and his nephew had to interrupt their studies. After learning that the "King of Pingnan" Shang Kexi and the "King of Jingnan" Geng Jimao led a large army to prepare to attack Nanxiong City, in early 1650, Shi Long's parents fled from Nanxiong Prefecture with their families, and all the way to the city of Guangzhou in rags to join their eldest daughter. Seeing the hungry and cold parents and siblings safe and sound, the eldest sister cried with joy!
Shi Long's father stated in horror: "The soldiers of the two clans were very fierce, and they heard from those who later escaped from Nanxiong City that the people in Nanxiong City were all killed, the dead had no heads, the living were also killed after they were captured, the dead bodies in the city were piled up, even the swallows abandoned their nests and flew away, and the living babies sucked on the dead mother's breast and waited to be fed, and it was unbearable to see..."
The young and energetic Shi Long made a suggestion to the eldest sister: "Elder sister, Guangzhou City is afraid that we can't stay any longer, we must immediately leave Guangzhou City and go to the countryside to hide..."
The eldest sister refused without hesitation: "Your brother-in-law Liang Shichang lost his father since he was a child, and it was his mother-in-law who raised the Shichang brothers and sisters with hard work, and Shichang and the younger sister-in-law worked hard day and night to run the business, so as to ensure that the family had enough food and clothing." Now that the sister-in-law can't give up these family businesses, and the mother-in-law must also guard this family, how can I leave my mother-in-law and the sister-in-law alone to escape the war? If the soldiers bravely invaded the city of Guangzhou, the worst plan, if there is an accident, the heart and blood are deep, brother, you will definitely find me in the well. ”
Bing Yong besieged the provincial capital of Guangzhou for ten months, and on the first day of November, Guangzhou was in a hurry, the people in the city fled, and the eldest sister was anxious like an ant on a hot pot, and she said to her husband Shichang: "It is not a way for us to keep each other with death!" You are the pillar of the family, and the Liang family has been passed down for five generations, and now you and I only have this thirteen-year-old son. In this way, I stayed at home with my mother-in-law and sister-in-law, and you took your son to the countryside to escape the war. You must preserve the liang family's incense and let the Liang family's incense continue for generations..." The brother-in-law ShiChang listened, tears fell, and had to flee from the city with his son and go to the countryside to escape the war.
The next day, the city of Guangzhou fell, and the whole city suffered. Wherever soldiers went, women, children, and the elderly cried out in horror. They set fire to houses, robbed property, killed people when they saw them, men, women and children, they carried out brutal slaughter and plunder like the devil, and the city of Guangzhou was suddenly covered in blood.
The eldest sister took out her wedding robe and put it on her body, and with tears she said to the handmaidens of the family: "How dare you destroy the skin of your body and the parents who receive it?" However, in this era of wars and chaos, life and death have a destiny, and wealth is in heaven! This is the dress that my father gave me, and I should wear it on my body, sincerely thanking my parents for their nurturing grace! Then she fled with her mother-in-law overnight to the home of her sister-in-law Tian in Dongying. Don't you expect that there will be eggs under the nest? The eldest sister had just settled down, and the soldiers followed, and they broke through the door with guns and knives. Watching Bing Yong slash her mother-in-law with a knife and rob her of her jewelry and belongings, the eldest sister knew that she would not be able to escape the clutches of Bing Yong, and in order not to be captured and humiliated, she jumped into the well and committed suicide. Just when the greedy soldiers used a rope to hang the eldest sister up and plundered the gold and silver jewelry on her body, the sister-in-law helped her mother out of the back door and escaped from death.
On November 16, his brother-in-law Shi Chang secretly returned to Guangzhou, where he found his mother and asked about her whereabouts. The mother took Shi Chang to the Tian family's house, sadly pointed to the corpse lying next to the well, and cried bitterly: "This is our good daughter-in-law of the Liang family!" Brother-in-law ShiChang stepped forward to embrace the body of the eldest sister and cried bitterly: "My elderly mother has lost her filial piety daughter-in-law, my young son has lost his loving mother, and your prime-age husband has lost his beloved wife and become a widower!" You are only thirty-three years old, but in the chaotic world, you committed suicide for the sake of integrity, and lost your life in Huangquan..." The eldest sister who died for many days seemed to hear what her husband said to her, and seven holes of blood burst out for a while, in response to the sorrow of her husband Shichang, which made people marvel!
Brother-in-law Shi Chang hastily buried his eldest sister in the garden. Unexpectedly, after the war subsided, all the houses in the old town of Guangzhou became the garrison of the two clan soldiers, and the bones of the eldest sister could not be found.
Shi Long did not dare to forget the instructions of his eldest sister at any time, and all the products were high in reading. He hung his head over the beam cone and stabbed the stock, studied hard, and in 1672, finally obtained the title of meritorious person. Shi Long was grateful for the nurturing grace of the eldest sister, and in 1680, he affectionately established a biography for the eldest sister in the "Panyu Zhi" to comfort the elder sister's spirit in heaven: "Big sister, your misfortune is not born at the right time! But you have left a good reputation of kindness, kindness and compassion in the world, and you will always be my good big sister! ”
