On December 31, people's anti-fascist (PAFF) guerrillas in Indian-controlled Kashmir posted a video on social media confirming that they had recently ambushed a small group of soldiers from India's Central Reserve Police Force and annihilated them all within minutes. Video footage shows the Indian squad being suppressed on the slopes of the mountainside, unable to fight back, and finally killed by the guerrillas who had been ambushed in advance. The PAFF said they seized an Indian soldier's MGL grenade launcher and several rifles, while the Indian government released death information showed that 5 soldiers of the Central Reserve Police Force had recently been killed in Kashmir.
As can be seen from the above picture, the Indian soldiers were suddenly ambushed in a standing state, and then they were suppressed on the slope by the whole fire, and there was almost no effective counterattack. They should be in a position where they could not see the guerrillas shooting at them, they could only find cover to hide, while the guerrillas used gun grenades to shoot at them several times (multiple explosions could be seen at close range). In such a combat environment, the advantage of the gun-mounted grenade launcher being able to curl is very obvious. In fact, from the picture, it can also be seen that the Indian soldiers carried a South African MGL revolver 40mm grenade launcher, but the grenade shooter was quickly shot and incapacitated, and others were also suppressed, did not use this grenade launcher to return fire, and eventually became the spoils of the PAFF guerrillas.

This also shows that these guerrillas have good military qualities and shooting skills, they may not be ordinary local people, they should be trained for a long time.

This PAFF guerrilla group is actually a very unfamiliar organization to all parties, because it is a new armed force that only appeared in Indian-controlled Kashmir in 2020, and even the Indian army should be relatively unfamiliar with it. Indian intelligence currently believes that the group should have been established after the Indian government repealed the special status accorded to the state of Jammu and Kashmir under Article 370 of the Indian Constitution in 2019, and they believe that the organization is still linked to Pakistan's ISI, which has been supporting multiple guerrilla forces in Kashmir. However, at present, there is still very little information about the organization, and the Indian side itself is not clear.
