History is the memory of things that have been said and done. —Carl Baker
Wu Zetian (624 – 705 CE), courtesy name Wu Cao ,born in Chang'an (present-day Xi'an, Shaanxi), was the only universally recognized and well-known female emperor in Chinese history. The second daughter of the Tang Dynasty hero Wu Yan, her mother Yang Shi. At the age of fourteen, he entered the harem as a talented person of Tang Taizong, who gave him the title of "Wu Mei", and When Emperor Gaozong of Tang was initially Zhaoyi and later empress (655-683), he was honored as Tianhou and was called Ersheng with Emperor Gaozong of Tang. From December 27, 683 to October 16, 690, as the empress dowager of Emperor Zhongzong and Emperor Ruizong of Tang, he later established himself as Emperor Wuzhou (reigned from October 16, 690 to February 22, 705), and after abdicating in 705, he became the only female emperor in Chinese history. The Wu Dynasty ended, the Tang Dynasty was restored, and the Shendu was restored as the eastern capital. On the 26th day of the 11th lunar month (December 16, 705) of the first lunar calendar of the Shenlong Dynasty, Wu died of illness at Shangyang Palace at the age of 82, and was later buried with Emperor Gaozong in Qianling, leaving a wordless monument.

Wu Zetian was the concubine of Emperor Taizong of Tang, li shimin, the empress of Emperor Gaozong of Tang, and the founder of the Wuzhou Dynasty, the only orthodox female emperor in the history of our country. Wu Zetian's special life and growth experience have led to many mysteries surrounding her, and "The Death of Wu Zetian's Daughter" is one of them. In the seventh year of Wude (624) of the Tang Dynasty, Wu Zetian was born, his father was the Tang Dynasty Yingguo Gong, Gongbu Shangshu, and jingzhou governor Wu Shiyan, and his mother Yang Shi was born in the Sui Dynasty royal family. In the eleventh year of Zhenguan of the Tang Dynasty (637), Emperor Taizong of Tang summoned the 14-year-old Wu Zetian into the palace and was given the title of "WuMei". In the 23rd year of Zhenguan of the Tang Dynasty (649), Emperor Taizong of Tang died, and the crown prince Li Zhi took the throne, known as Emperor Gaozong of Tang. Although Wu Zetian entered the Chang'an Ganye Temple as a nun as a normal practice, she had an old relationship with Li Zhi of Tang Gaozong before and was still disconnected.
There are too many similar situations in Chinese history books to be believed, and this incident comes from the New Book of Tang and the Zizhi Tongjian compiled by the Song Dynasty. In other words, this theory was formed in the Northern Song Dynasty, and the previous materials have vague records except for the Tang Huijiao, and there are no other historical materials. When Wu Zetian gave birth to a daughter, it was the beginning of her gradual stabilization in the harem, Empress Wang and Concubine Xiao Shufei were both high gates of the Tang Dynasty, and this also represented the power of the Guanlong Gate Valve in the former dynasty, since the death of Li Shimin, Emperor Gaozong Li Zhi always wanted to take the power in his own hands, but the power of the Guanlong Gate Valve family was too great, and Li Zhi could not achieve his wish for a long time.
When Wu Zetian gave birth to Princess Andingsi, she already had the eldest son, Li Hong, and it was reasonable to say that Princess Andingsi would not enter the battle of the former harem, but at this time, she died inexplicably. As a result, the queen became the target of everyone, because the queen was childless, but this does not mean anything? Therefore, some people boldly speculated that Princess Andingsi was killed by Empress Wang because she was jealous of Wu Zetian's favor. However, at this time, the throne of the queen was already crumbling, and there was no need to hasten her own demise for a princess who could not achieve great things. How clever was Wu Zetian, didn't she know that Empress Wang didn't have enough motivation to kill Princess Andingsi? Doesn't it be known that in such extraordinary times it is impossible for the Queen to make such a fatal mistake? Naturally, she had no reason to kill her daughter to marry the Queen of the King. Coupled with the fact that her resistance to becoming empress came from the Guanlong nobles and had little to do with Empress Wang herself, she did not have to lose her own daughter.
