In recent years, the peony painting brand of Juye Gongbi has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. At the Juye County Calligraphy and Painting Institute, several painters are painting peonies, and the peonies on the paper change with the color of the brush, becoming more and more vivid.
It is reported that since 2018, juye County Calligraphy and Painting Institute organized and created works such as "Flower Blossoming Prosperity", "Splendid Spring Light", "Guanyan Qunfang", "National Treasure Xianrui", "Prosperous China" and other works, which have successively appeared in major events such as the SCO Qingdao Summit, the China International Import Expo, the China ASEAN Expo, the China Forest Products Fair, the China International Cultural Tourism Expo, and important venues such as the Shandong Hall of the Great Hall of the People and the National Convention Center.
In recent years, Juye County Calligraphy and Painting Institute and related works have won the "Shanghai Cooperation Organization Qingdao Summit" Positive Contribution Award, the First China International Import Expo "Art Creation Chen" Outstanding Contribution Award, the 16th China Forest Products Fair Gold Award and other honorary titles; Juye Gongbi Peony Painting was selected into the fifth batch of Shandong Province Intangible Cultural Heritage List, was rated as the first prize of the First Heze City Cultural Tourism Creative Products Competition; in 2019, the creative team of "Flower Blossom" was rated as the top ten figures (the only collective) who moved Heze. In 2021, it was awarded the Outstanding Contribution Award of China Peony Capital by Heze Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, and the 2021 World Peony Conference China Gongbi Muhua Development Forum was successfully held in Juye. Relying on the Gongbi Peony Painting Project, Juye was successfully named "The Hometown of Folk Culture and Art in Shandong Province" and awarded the Shandong Provincial Cultural Innovation Award by the provincial government.
