Deeply cultivate the sinking of the event and create a new ecology of e-sports
Following the landing of this year's summer finals in Chengdu, this year's winter finals have once again been spent in Chengdu. More than 20 provincial teams and more than 400 e-sports players from all over the country are competing at the peak of the Chengdu Chengbei Gymnasium. Compared with previous events, the ongoing winter finals will further enhance the richness of the event and broaden the promotion channel of the event, with a view to creating a more standardized, more professional and more comprehensive platform for e-sports events.
The holding of two large-scale e-sports events in Chengdu has injected unprecedented e-sports elements into the city and also brought vitality and development to the local e-sports industry. It is worth mentioning that TGA has also done a lot of localization work for this winter finals. In the official promotional video and mini program of the event, the contestants, commentators and hosts came to Chengdu's landmark buildings to export the content related to the event while tasting local food.
From the preparation and planning of TGA in this event, it is not difficult to see that TGA focuses on the meticulousness and concentration of pursuing the localization of e-sports. Focus on e-sports talent incubation, the pursuit of more professional
With the variety and scale of TGA's e-sports events in recent years, more and more competitions have entered the audience's field of vision. This also has higher requirements for the corresponding e-sports talents in terms of quantity and quality, so as to meet the preferences of different audiences. In 2021, TGA welcomed a total of 7591 players to participate in the whole year, and 36 of them entered the King of Glory professional system, and 2 teams entered the League of Legends mobile game professional qualification tournament, TGA not only completed its own goal of helping professional and non-professional players communicate, but also made the threshold for participating in e-sports more accessible.
While making e-sports more popular, TGA is also pursuing a more professional model for cultivating e-sports players. As a platform for hundreds of players and commentators to start their esports dreams, TGA understands the important responsibility of talent development and understands that the training model is its key point. As early as April this year, TGA worked closely with the Chinese Football Association and FIFA Online 4 e-sports projects to promote the upward transportation of provincial team players, and a total of 7 athletes successfully participated in the Chinese Football Association E-sports National Team Selection Tournament.
As the next step, TGA will start from the five major sections of talent registration, education and training, scientific management, health protection, and retirement assistance, and gradually improve the management mechanism of e-sports talent services to help the transportation and precipitation of e-sports talents around the world. TGA will use its mature experience and high-quality resources to work with many partners to continuously deliver fresh blood to the e-sports industry and continuously explore high-quality and efficient training models for e-sports talents.
