"Romance of the Three Kingdoms" and "Water Margin", "Journey to the West", "Dream of the Red Chamber" and called China's four masterpieces, although "Romance of the Three Kingdoms" is adapted from history, but it is still quite different from the real Three Kingdoms competition, which we can compare with "Romance of the Three Kingdoms" to know.
However, for the heroes of the Three Kingdoms period, both books have given great recognition, the first of which is the Five Tiger Generals of Liu Bei's camp, each of whom has amazing courage and talent, but unfortunately most of them have not left heirs, only Zhang Fei has left a bloodline that lasts for a thousand years.
The Five Tiger Generals of Liu Bei's camp were mighty
Those who have read the Romance of the Three Kingdoms should be familiar with the Five Tiger Generals, who refer to the five generals who followed Liu Bei in and out of the battlefield during the Three Kingdoms period, namely Guan Yu, Zhang Fei, Zhao Yun, Ma Chao and Huang Zhong.
Among these five people, the person we know best is Guan Yu, who committed some crimes in his hometown in the early years and was forced to live in Youzhou, but fortunately, after the Yellow Turban Rebellion broke out, he became acquainted with Liu Bei and married Liu Bei as a brother, and from then on he accompanied Liu Bei around, protected him thoroughly, and also let his own skills be reflected, winning many battles for Liu Bei.
Guan Yu was very moralistic, and later Guan Yu was defeated in the great war and was captured by Cao Cao, and no matter how Cao Cao treated him favorably for two years, he was not moved, and only wanted to assist Liu Bei. Unfortunately, in 220 AD, Guan Yu defeated Maicheng and fell into the situation of being attacked by the enemy, and was finally killed by the Wu general Wu Meng.
The second of the Five Tiger Generals was the old Sanzhang Fei who was in Taoyuan with Liu Bei and Guan Yu, and his face looked very sloppy and fierce, so people were more impressed with him, and he fought without scruples, and even by relying on his own momentum alone, he could make the enemy feel frightened.
After Liu Bei's defeat at Changshanpo in 208 AD, Zhang Fei proposed to protect Liu Bei from breaking the queen, and then only shouted on the Dangyang Bridge, asking who dared to fight, frightening cao jun no one to dare to take a step forward, such a thing is indeed rare, but in the end Zhang Fei's fate was not very good, he was betrayed by his subordinates Fan Qiang and Zhang Da, and was brutally killed.
Ma Chao compared to the previous two generals for the conditions are much better, he is a famous person, is the descendant of the Han Fubo general Ma Yuan, the father is Ma Teng, young age is already quite famous, at first Cao Cao was very optimistic about him, wanted to recruit him as a subject, but Ma Chao was unwilling to submit to Cao Cao, the two fought for a long time.
Later, when Liu Bei attacked Liu Zhang, Ma Chao joined Liu Bei's camp, although Cao Cao was afraid that Ma Chao would threaten him, but after his surrender, Ma Chao did not win any famous war, and finally died of illness at a young age.
The eldest of the five tiger generals was Huang Zhong, who was originally a subordinate of Liu Biao, and later followed Liu Bei, although he was old, but Huang Zhong was definitely old and strong, and he made great achievements when Liu Bei attacked Liu Zhang, and then he killed Cao Cao's famous general Xiahou Yuan, so he often showed a mighty image.
With military merit, there are naturally official rewards, but when Huang Zhong was worshipped as a rear general, Guan Yu was very angry and did not want to be with Huang Zhong, which shows that the contradiction between the two is not small, and finally Huang Zhong also died of a serious illness.
The only one of the Five Tiger Generals who was able to die well was Zhao Yun, who was also the most handsome of several of them, who met Liu Bei during the melee at the end of the Han Dynasty and officially joined Liu Bei's camp seven years later.
He participated in many battles, such as the Battle of Changshanpo, the Battle of Hanshui, the Battle of Fu Wangpo, etc., and achieved very impressive feats, and was known as the "Victorious General". However, he was able to spend his life smoothly because his personality was relatively good, meritorious, stable, and did not deal with anyone in particular, so he was able to die in the end.
None of the five tiger generals had exact descendants
After the death of these famous people, people will inevitably pay more attention to their heirs, often saying that "the father of the tiger has no dog", so if their children can be as brave as they are, they are not the great generals of that era, but in fact most of them later became extinct.
At first, everyone must have felt that Zhao Yun's life-saving Zhao Yun's pulse should be extended, but the fact was not as everyone expected, Zhao Yun had two sons at that time, named Zhao Tong and Zhao Guang, Zhao Tong was a person who did nothing, there were very few scenes, there was no historical data to record that Zhao Tong had children, so it was basically a no heir, and Zhao Guang was killed in battle with Jiang Wei later, so Zhao Yun's pulse was basically no longer found.
Huang Zhong only had one son, named Huang Xu, and in the records, he died young and did not leave any heirs, so Huang Zhong's heir was recognized by everyone.
Guan Yu also had two sons in his early years, the eldest son was named Guan Ping, but unfortunately he died in battle when he followed Guan Yu to the battlefield, and the second was named Guan Xing, who later inherited the title of "Marquis of Zhuangmiao" and gave birth to Guan Tong and Guan Yi.
Originally, I thought that there were descendants, but Guan Unification did not leave a son until his death, and Guan Yi was even more because of the "Zhonghui Rebellion" that led to the annihilation of the whole clan, and there were no descendants, but before the legend said that Guan Yu's daughter Guan Yinping married Li Yi and also gave birth to offspring, but there is no literature to support this view, so Guan Yu is basically an heir.
Although Ma Chao died relatively early, it is recorded that he had a son, named Ma Cheng, who also inherited his title after his death, but there is no record of it after that, and it is likely that he has no heirs.
However, Ma Chao's cousin Ma Dai later had a son, called Ma Kang, the history books record that he escaped from the war and went to a foreign country, now called Armenia, Ma Kang made a lot of contributions to Armenia at that time, and finally was given the name Mami Konian by the king, so Ma Chao's family may still have blood lineage, but not Ma Chao's own heirs.
Only Zhang Fei has survived for thousands of years
People all think that the fate of the Five Tiger Generals is very regrettable, if the descendants can continue to this day, it should also be incomparably beautiful, in fact, there is one of the five of them who has left a descendant who can be examined, that is, Zhang Fei.
Zhang Fei also had two sons at that time, the eldest son was named Zhang Bao, but he died early, leaving a grandson named Zhang Zun, but it was not easy to survive in that war-torn era, so Zhang Zun died in battle in 263 AD.
Zhang Fei's second son, named Zhang Shao, was given the title of Shizhong (侍中) and Shangshu Servant (尚書仆射) during Liu Chan's reign, and inherited the title of Marquis of Xixiang, and his life was quite pleasant, but after the fall of Shu Han, he surrendered to the enemy army and was also made a Marquis, which was not at all similar to his father's disposition.
Zhang Shao's descendants have thus been passed down, and now it has been passed down for 70 generations, and it is also a thousand years of history, in any case, it can be said that Zhang Fei's heir has been extended, making him the only one among the five tiger generals who does not have an heir.
