A powerful combination
G7 is a smart green digital container flinging transport project, Beiben Heavy Duty Truck and G7 and other partners spent two years to explore the construction of green logistics ecology, innovated the "scattered reform + new energy" green coal logistics model, and jointly built a thermal coal transportation ecosystem.
In the past coal logistics, some people were troubled by the control of carbon emissions, some people were worried about the inefficient management offline, and some people were trapped in the queue day and night. In order to effectively solve these problems, a new digital freight logistics model was launched in Jiuyuan District, providing a digital solution for energy-intensive and inefficient coal transportation.

Digital Fling Box:
Truck after truck is responsible for transporting coal to the power plant, and Internet of Things equipment is installed on each truck, and the big guy responsible for lifting is called a reachstacker, which "picks" off the container on the truck, and then puts an empty box on it, and the truck completes the unloading. The whole process only takes about twenty or thirty seconds, which is called "digital throwing box", and the driver does not need to get out of the car the whole time.
Coal Transport Vehicle Personnel:
In the past, we had to wait in line from the coal yard to load the coal, and then pull down the power plant and wait for the coal to unload and then return to the coal yard, which could only run once a day at most, and most of the time was wasted in the queue. However, now we pull up the box full of coal in the morning, after coming, we don't have to wait to unload the coal, directly throw the box here, let the empty box pull up, you can go back to pull the second trip, you can run back and forth three times a day, the efficiency is high, the income is also high.
G7 West Dry Port is the main content of the G7 smart green digital flinging transport project. This project will effectively promote the research and development, production and sales of new energy heavy trucks, lightweight trailers, containers and intelligent on-board equipment in the region, and promote the construction of charging (changing) power stations and hydrogen refueling stations. The annual output value is 550 million yuan, the average output value per mu is 9 million yuan, the tax is 270 million yuan, and 1,000 people are employed.
