In order to guide childcare institutions to provide scientific and standardized care services for infants and young children under 3 years old, in accordance with the requirements of the Guiding Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Promoting the Development of Infant and Child Care Services for Children Under 3 Years of Age (Guo Ban Fa [2019] No. 15), the National Health Commission has formulated and issued the "Guidelines for Childcare Institutions (Trial)", which is hereby announced to the public.
