"Excited to travel to a certain city and ancient town, I don't see the old streets, old scenes, old houses and the indigenous people, only the crowded shops with the same door faces, the shopkeepers selling local specialties with a foreign accent; I want to see the ancient pagodas of a certain place, twisting and turning to see a mottled ancient building sandwiched in a modern building..." How to make the new city and the monuments integrate and dialogue? Jiang Ti and He Rong, graduate students of the School of Art and Design of Nanlin University, took the Ming Palace Ruins Park as a case to reshape the ecosystem and perception system of the park, while improving the living environment, to better inherit culture and continue history, so that the monuments will be revitalized.

Women living alone may have potential safety hazards when traveling at night, especially in sparsely populated and remote urban and rural areas, often with dim light and insufficient safety facilities. With this in mind, Ji Jiaqi, a graduate student at the School of Art and Design of Nanlin University, designed a set of color installations under the stars. The entire lamp body is wrapped in transparent nylon cloth, in order to achieve the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction, she also deliberately designed the lamp group as a solar panel, by "collecting" the size of the surrounding sound to control the brightness of the lamp. At the same time, every other distance is equipped with a "safe house" based on a snail shell, and the house is equipped with devices such as distress telephones. "I hope that this group of colorful lights in the dark night can dispel fear and create a harmonious and warm night environment."

"Aesthetic education is the education of the soul, and design should serve life." In his speech at the opening ceremony, Wang Hao, president of Nanjing Forestry, pointed out that the school has always placed aesthetic education in a more prominent position in the new era, strengthened the construction and development of disciplines, guided and promoted social aesthetic education, and further pushed the Discipline of Chinese Design to a new height by jointly hosting international competitions such as the "Jinpu Cup", and nourished the young generation with the spirit of Chinese aesthetic education.
