Leung Lan Bo is a Distinguished Professor at the University of Macau, a doctoral supervisor in the Department of Communication, Faculty of Social Sciences, and the Director of the Center for Art and Design. He is from the Central Academy of Fine Arts in Beijing and has an extensive academic career. He has taught painting, oil painting and acrylic painting, watercolor, Chinese ink painting, Chinese calligraphy, graphic design, creative media design, portfolios, publications and other subjects at the California Institute of the Arts (USA), the University of California Berkeley (USA) and the Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts (China).

On Wednesday, 12 December, the Macau Kwan Lok Yi Foundation held the opening ceremony of the art exploration exhibition entitled "Realm", a collective exhibition curated by Professor Leung Lan Po, which will showcase the works of 20 teachers and students from the Art and Design Centre of the University of Macau.
Consisting of about 30 works, the exhibition showcases the tireless efforts of professors of art and design and master's and doctoral students at the University of Macau through the different spaces of the Guan Le Yi Foundation Gallery, including the exploration of contemporary ink painting, oil painting, watercolor, illustration, photography, pottery, graphic design, product design, naked-eye 3D animation, video, digital media art and projection interactive installations.

Train more young people to pursue careers in the arts
In his speech, Guan Leyi said that he fully affirmed that Liang Lanbo brought his teaching achievements and students from the University of Macau to this open platform to display, so that Macao citizens have the opportunity to appreciate more diversified art and train more young people to engage in the art industry.
At the same time, he said that the Foundation will adhere to the purpose of the Foundation, continue to support local art affairs, especially for the promotion and development of young people's art, and assist them to participate in the society, listen to their needs and make optimizations, so as to promote them to make more contributions to society.
