The Lin family did not know, but the readers all knew that Lin Daiyu was reincarnated by the Heavenly Daizhu Fairy, how could a fairy have such a big problem in the health problem? Combined with the "only cultivation of a female body" can be understood: the pearl itself is "insufficient", not a healthy and complete woman.
